If you are looking to build your own capabilities, the Moz Academy offers a wide array of courses. Core classes include keyword research, on-site optimization, and link building. Check back often as new content is added regularly!
The best way to build you SEO skills is to practice on a live site. SEO is all about testing and reporting on the results. Moz Pro has you covered on the reporting side of things! So get out there and start testing. If you're concerned about the impact of your changes why not start on some less important pages on your site and track the results.
