Where do I find my billing history?

  • You must be the owner of an account to see your billing history. If you are not seeing your billing information noted, please reach out to the owner of the account to verify your billing history.
  • If you are only seeing the option to remove yourself from an account, this indicates you are seated on another account. You must be the owner of an account (and not a seated user) to see billing history. If you are not seeing your billing information noted, please reach out to the owner of the account to verify your billing history.

If you need to access your billing history, you can do so in the Billing Info tab of your Account & Billing via https://moz.com/billing or by following the steps below.

  1. Click the round account icon on the top right
  2. Select Account & Billing
  3. Click the Billing Info tab on the top navigation bar
Within the account and billing section of your account you can view your transaction history.

Transaction history

Below your billing address in Billing Information, you will see your Transaction History. This will outline all the invoices, charges, and credits applied to your account.

Invoices will have a view link available - click it to see the invoice itself.

Within your Transaction History you may see the terms below.

  • Invoice indicates an invoice was generated for a subscription purchase or renewal. Click View to view and print the invoice.
  • Charge indicates a successful charge was made to the card on file for your account for the invoice.
  • Failed indicates a charge attempt was made but the transaction failed. If you need to update the credit card on file, please see our guide here.
  • Refund indicates a refund was made for a charge on your account. Refunds are applied back to the credit card that was originally charged.
  • Adjustment indicates a credit was applied to your account. This can mean that a refund was issued for a charge or that a Moz team member applied a credit to your account.
