Overview

If you need help with Moz Local, we encourage you to check out the guides and walkthroughs in the Help Hub. Many common issues are addressed there along with troubleshooting tips and tricks. You can use the left-hand navigation to browse by section or the search bar to query a specific phrase.

If you’re unable to find the answer to your query or you have a question for the Help Team, you can reach them by emailing help@moz.com or by using the contact form.

When submitting your support request to the team, we ask that you include as much information as you can so the team can help you as efficiently as possible. Below we’ve outlined the type of information needed in order to help with common queries.

Help With Moz Local

If you’re having trouble with Moz Local-related issues, the Moz Help Team will need as much of the following information as possible in order to assist:

  • The email address associated with your Moz account (if it’s different from the email used to contact them)
  • A detailed summary of the issue you’re reporting and where in the tool you’ve encountered trouble
  • The full name, address, and phone number of the location you need help with
  • Links to your Facebook and/or Google Maps pages (if you’re having trouble connecting these platforms to your location)
  • Your browser type and version (e.g. Chrome Version 84.0.4147.105)
  • Other browser types you've tried
  • Your OS type and version (e.g. Mac OS 10.14.6)
  • If possible, a screenshot of the error or issue you’re reporting
