This guide walks through the non-profit discounts offered for Moz Pro subscriptions and how to get set up with this discount.

Moz Pro Non-Profit Discounts

We offer a 75% discount on your Moz Pro subscription if you are a government-recognized charitable non-profit and can provide proof via your 501(c)3.

To let us know you are a non-profit, follow these steps:

  1. Sign up for the Moz Pro 30 day free trial (Existing customers can skip this step)

  2. Email help@moz.com to request the non-profit form

  3. Complete the Moz Pro non-profit form - be sure to include the email address you used to create your Moz.com account

  4. Send the completed form back to help@moz.com, along with your 501(c)3 or similar proof of government registered charity for your region

Once you've sent us your completed form and proof of status, we'll get back to you to confirm your details and get your account setup as a non-profit.

Proof of Non-Profit Status

The proof we'll need of your non-profit status is typically a copy of your 501(c)3 determination letter. This is a letter that is issued by the IRS and states an agency is a 501(c)3 organization. It's the same letter you'd use when filing taxes with the federal government and that was issued to your organization when you initially applied for non-profit status and became a non-profit. Please note: This is not the same as a tax exemption letter.

If you are outside the US we'll need proof via a similar form that proves government-recognised charitable status.
