How do I reactivate my Moz subscription?

What's Covered?

Reactivate a Moz Pro subscription

If you would like to reactivate your Moz Pro subscription, you can do so via the Subscriptions page of your account.

You can access the subscriptions section via https://moz.com/subscriptions or by following the below steps:

Head to your subscription summary page and click reactive under inactive subscriptions.
  1. From the circle icon drop-down on the top right, click Account & Billing.
  2. This should take you to the Subscriptions page. If not, you can select Subscriptions from the blue navigation bar.
  3. From here, you will see your inactive (past) subscription for Moz Pro listed - click Reactivate to reinstate the same plan you had previously. This will take you to a screen to verify your billing information and accept our Terms or Service for the new subscription.

If you would like to activate a different subscription plan than the one you had previously, head to the Moz Pro pricing page. Here you can select the new plan you’d like to start and will be taken to a screen to verify your billing information and accept our Terms or Service for the new subscription.

Once you have reactivated your Moz Pro subscription you can restore your archived Moz Pro Campaigns.

If your subscription expires we archive your Campaigns and stop collecting data. You can reactivate an archived Campaign at any time to start data collection up again, as long as you don't go over your Campaign limits. We keep your data for 12 update cycles. For weekly updates that would be 12 weeks, and 12 months for monthly data. We'll store your historical Ranking data and Link data forever.

Undo A Moz Pro Cancellation

If you cancel your Moz Pro subscription and change your mind prior to the end of your billing period, you can undo that cancellation from the Subscriptions page of your account.

Click Undo Cancellation to reactivate your Moz Pro automatic renewal.
  1. Click the circle icon on the top right

  2. Select Account & Billing

  3. Be sure you’re in the Subscriptions view

  4. Click Undo the cancellation below your plan details

This will reactivate automatic renewal for your Moz Pro subscription.

Reactivate a Moz Local Subscription

If you would like to reactivate your Moz Local subscription, you can do so through the Moz Local section of your account.

If you have set your location to deactivate upon renewal (i.e. disabled auto-renew) you can reactivate renewal by following these steps:

  1. Click to the Profile tab of the Moz Local location you want to reactivate
  2. Select the This location is cancelled! drop-down on the right-hand side
  3. Click on the blue Reactivate Location button

Your subscription has been reactivated and will automatically renew on the next scheduled renewal date.

To reenable auto-renew for your Moz Local location, click reactivate location from the profile of that location.

Repurchase a Moz Local Location

If you deactivated your Moz Local location immediately (i.e. fully cancelled the location and it’s no longer listed in your account) you will need to repurchase the location.

Unfortunately when a Moz Local location is deactivated/cancelled immediately, this is permanent and irreversible. If you would like to start managing this location again through Moz Local, you will need to purchase the location again.
