Request a Password Reset

If you forgot your password you can reset it so you are able to login. To do so, you can either head to https://moz.com/lost-password directly or you can click on the Forgot Password? link on the login page:

I requested a password reset but I never got an email

If you’ve requested a password reset but haven’t received an email with instructions, please ensure that noreply@moz.com is not blocked by your email server or flagged as spam.

If you’re still having trouble, please email help@moz.com with the following information so our Help Team is able to help:

  1. Please send the email from the email address associated with your account
  2. If you have a subscription tied to your account, please include the last 4 digits of the credit card tied to the account and the full name on the card

I'm seeing an invalid email or password error message

If you are receiving the message Invalid email or password this could be caused by entering an incorrect email or incorrect password.

To resolve this first try to reset your password.

  1. Click on the Forgot password? Link
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click on the Submit button.

From here you should receive an email from noreply@moz.com with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you receive the message That user was not found, then you have entered an incorrect email address.

  1. Check you have entered your email address correctly
  2. Check there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the email address field
  3. Check any other emails you have and search your email inbox for messages from @moz.com regarding your account set up
