Can I transfer my Moz Pro subscription to another account?

Our system doesn't allow for the transfer of Moz Pro subscriptions to another Moz account. If you are looking to relinquish ownership of your Moz Pro subscription and transfer it to someone else, you can transfer ownership of the whole account by changing the primary account email address. You will lose ownership of the account and Moz community profile. You will also lose access to all the subscriptions managed by that account. You can arrange shared user access to Moz Pro Campaigns with our shared user functionality. For more information on how to transfer your account to another email, please see our Help Guide here.

Can I transfer my Moz Pro Campaign to another account?

Our system doesn't allow for the transfer of Moz Pro Campaigns to another Moz account. You will need to set up a new Moz Pro Campaign in the other account.

Can I transfer one of my Moz Local locations to another account?

Our system doesn't allow for the transfer of Moz locations between accounts.

In order to transfer a location to a new account, you will need to cancel your subscription in the current account and repurchase it in the account in which you’re looking to manage that location.

To release the location please make sure you select Cancel immediately. Your location will be released and you will no longer be able to update your location information in Moz Local and location information updates will stop being sent to our partners until it is repurchased.

Can I transfer all my Moz Local locations to another account?

Our system doesn't allow for the transfer of Moz locations between accounts. If you are looking to transfer complete ownership of your Moz Local account to someone else by changing the primary account email address you can follow the instructions here on how to transfer account ownership. You will lose access to the Moz account, Moz Local locations, and Moz community profile.
