If you're new to Moz Academy or you've been with us awhile and you're having trouble accessing your account, we're here to help! We've outlined some troubleshooting tips and common issues below.

Single Sign On (SSO)

If you have purchased a course through academy.moz.com and are having trouble accessing it, it may be due to the recent implementation of Single Sign On (SSO) between moz.com and the Moz Academy.

To resolve the issue, you will need to do one of the following:

If you already have a Moz account:

  1. Log into to moz.com
  2. Head to academy.moz.com
  3. Click Sign In
  4. Your Moz Academy account will automatically update and link to your moz.com account

If you don't have a Moz account:

  1. Sign up for a free Moz Community account
  2. Verify your email
  3. Head to academy.moz.com
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. Your Moz Academy account will automatically update and link to your moz.com account

I’m Still Having Trouble

If you’re still having trouble accessing your Moz Academy courses, please email training@moz.com with the following information:

  • The email address you used when signing up for the course
  • The full name of the student
  • If you paid via credit card, please provide the last 4 digits of the credit card used and the full name on the card
  • The name of the course you registered for
  • Information regarding the error message you’re seeing or trouble you’re having
