Invisible Campaign?
I was trying to create some campaigns, and I ran into an issue where, in the creation page, the browser stopped responding and I had to close and re-open. When I reopened, it was counting my campaigns like the one I was working on had been created, but it's not in my campaign list at all, meaning I can't see it to delete it. I only have 25 campaign slots, and I really need to free up that slot that's currently glitched. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

Deleting a site
If we have a 3 of 5 of our "active site" allocation currently used, and then delete one, would we then only have 2 of 5 sites active sites used? Or would the previously used active site still count against our allocation?

Unable to Access my Unfinished Campaign
Hello all, I tried to create a campaign for one of my clients but something happened and I had to stop somewhere in the middle. I tried to recreate it but it shows me the following message: “Oops, you already have a campaign named Willoby's Furniture. Please select a unique name for this campaign”. My problem is that I can’t access or see the unfinished campaign. A solution would be to create a new campaign and give it a different name. Why doesn't Moz read the right meta description?
We have a WordPress blog and Moz continues to read our site title as the meta description instead of the nicely crafted and SEO-friendly meta descriptions we are writing on each post in our Yoast plugin. Can someone help use understand why Moz is reading the site title rather than the post meta descriptions? (We did test deleting the site title all together but then this made Moz think that there is no meta description for any of the posts.)

I have added alot keywords and i am trying to find the positions of keywords that relate to different pages on my website. I want to go through this one page at a time so i want to just see the keywords together for that page for example - Sell overseas property page i want to just see keywords that i added for that page and not all the keywords. Why Isn't My Analytics Report Downloading?
In the "Preview & Download" section of reporting, I clicked the "Generate PDF Report Preview" and it initiates loading but it has been approximately 30 minutes and the report PDF still hasn't generated. Does anyone know why this may be? Thanks!

Manage Complete Keyword List
When looking at the "Add manage Keywords" is that my complete list? Will it infinitely scroll to the bottom of all tracked keywords or are there others hiding on another page that I cannot find? I'm looking to pair down my keywords because when I first started I wasn't using a strategy. I want to make sure all of those older keywords are retired. Thank you!

Connect Facebook
I clicked the +connect another facebook account, went through all the steps, and when I was redirected back to my moz setup the facebook account wasn't there to "track this profile" I tried clicking the "another facebook" button a hundred times and it won't let me re-do the process, it doesn't do anything. It also won't let me click the "Next" button eventhough I got it to register my google+ stuff. Where do I go from here??

Unsolved On Page Grader

Crawl still in process for 3 days. Not sure why the site isn't being crawled
I added a new site to the crawl, but it seems to be stalled. It was supposed to crawl Feb 19, but it is still in process Feb 22. It tried to crawl the site and there was a robots.txt issue, but that issue was resolved way before the 19th. Not sure what is going on. this is for the clear lake campaign.

Crawling issue

I have added the campaign IJsfabriek Strombeek (ijsfabriekstrombeek.be) to my account. After the website had been crawled, it showed only 2 crawled pages, but this site has over 500 pages. It is divided into four versions: a Dutch, French, English and German version. I thought that could be the issue because I only filled in the root domain ijsfabriekstrombeek.be , so I created another campaign with the name ijsfabriekstrombeek with the url ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl . When MOZ crawled this one, I got the following remark:
**Moz was unable to crawl your site on Feb 21, 2018. **Your page redirects or links to a page that is outside of the scope of your campaign settings. Your campaign is limited to pages with ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl in the URL path, which prevents us from crawling through the redirect or the links on your page. To enable a full crawl of your site, you may need to create a new campaign with a broader scope, adjust your redirects, or add links to other pages that include ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. I have checked the robots.txt and that is fine. There are also no robots meta tags in the code, so what can be the problem? I really need to see an overview of all the pages on the website, so I can use MOZ for the reason that I prescribed, being SEO improvement. Please come back to me soon. Issues with Page Grader Tool and competitor KW Rankings
I'm having two very frustrating issues with Moz: The page grader tool is not 'connecting' the correct keyword with the correct URL. For instance, if I want to rank for Dallas Motorcycle Accident Lawyer and create page of optimized content at Dallas.Zdfirm.com/Motorcycle-Accident, Moz doesn't grade THAT page. It grades Dallas.ZDFirm.com which to no surprise rates as an F. This is happening with both web sites on this account so much that the page grader tool is not delivering any value. My competitors keywords are not tracking properly. They are showing for "not in the top 50" for keywords that they are on the first page for. Again, this is for both domains on this account. How to fix Moz assigning the wrong keyword to a page
Somehow the Moz tool has assigned the main keyword here this to my Google Structured Data Update page. Most likely, I missed something which caused the error.
