Can I transfer my Moz Profile points to a new profile?
I've moved jobs and that meant changing emails and handing over my Moz account to the company. Afterall, it was the company that paid for the Moz account. I was wondering if I could transfer my points/profile to a new one? Or is it a case of starting from scratch again?

Keyword Ranking Filters
I have added alot keywords and i am trying to find the positions of keywords that relate to different pages on my website. I want to go through this one page at a time so i want to just see the keywords together for that page for example - Sell overseas property page i want to just see keywords that i added for that page and not all the keywords. How do you organise this in the rankings section?

Keyword ranking is different from rankings report
I just recently posted a blog with the hopes on winning the search "what is sharepoint" I am tracking that query in Moz. I checked this weekend and it looks like I did land in the SERP's postion 23- 26. My colleague a couple hours away from me can see it too in a similar position, and in the rankings I can see it in position 24 when I click on the SERP's spot in moz, but it does not show my position as a rank # Any idea why? Latest Moz reports (pro) not including competitive link analysis
Hi Pls advise when these have been regenerated once fixed or will they just be emailed out automatically ? My clients all after their New Year monthly & quarterly reports hence this info is needed urgently, pls advise ? Also when will reports start showing social data in the reports and also when will the data that currently shows on the dash start to be accurate ? Unauthorised charge after free trial
Hi I would like to ask why was my card Charge when i didnt opt in to go to moz pro after the 30 day trial. I tried your service after a few days and didnt check again. "Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site."
Hi Mozzers! I've received an error message saying the site can't be crawled because Moz is unable to access the robots.txt. I've spoken to the webmaster and he can't understand why the robot.txt can't be accessed as this seems to be fine: https://k3syspro.com/robots.txt and Google isn't flagging anything up to us. Has the Moz website update affected my data?
Hi Moz, I can see you are currently updating your website and regularly get either the new or old moz format when I log into my account. When I am in my account and Moz is in the new format my account info including keyword ranking & external followed links dramatically change. Campaign Tracking on Site with different CMS systems
Hello, We have a lot of international tracking issues. our site is www.avepoint.com/de our blog site is www.avepoint.com/blog/de The main site is hosted on Craft CMS, the other is on WordPress. Right now I am not seeing any rankings for blogs on our WordPress site but am seeing that I am winning words in Germany when I use google ad preview. I see good ranking stats for the main site. I am not sure why I cant see any data for the blog site. Any ideas what might be wrong or how I can fix it? Thanks, Amanda

Finding most active hours on followers on Twitter
Before signing up and having a followerwonk account I was able to track the most active hours of my Twitter followers. However since I have signed up I have not been able to view these statistics. My 30 day trial is coming to an end in a week, but I wouldn't have thought that would effect why I can't see something. I thought it would be under the drop down menu of analyse followers, however it is not. So I just need to know why I can't find the option to track when my followers are most active?

Only sections are showing on PDF report?
Around a quarter of the modules selected are actually showing on a report? Unsure if this is an issue on Moz's part or my own - It has previously been fine and printed the whole report as requested (June was fine) The same report this month is only part compiling. I have also manually created another report (with the same modules) and the exact thing happened. Also - When choosing a campaign no stats show up there any longer, not a big problem but quite annoying all the same. Thanks in advance for any help, Alex

Analytics Linking Error

What happens if I remove GA completely?
If I were to remove Google Analytics completely, what would happen with my Moz campaign? What wouldn't I be able to see or use? I ask this on the back of the recent changes to EU 'cookie law'. It's getting to the point now where GA will no longer be a viable option unless you want to rely on consent from those awful cookie popup notices - the ones everyone hates and just clicks on to see the content.

HTTPS (SSL) Error Encountered.
Hi guys, We received the following error from our Moz report, our hosting companies says it's isn't an issue but I wanted to get your feedback as it seems a bit odd. We recently moved eventfull.co.nz to a VPS and setup an EV SSL. We moved another site to the same VPS and added EV SSL and it isn't reporting any issue. Hosting companies feedback below error message | Crawl Error Error Code 804: HTTPS (SSL) Error Encountered Your page requires an SSL security certificate to load (using HTTPS), but the Moz Crawler encountered an error when trying to load the certificate. Our crawler is pretty standard, so it's likely that other browsers and crawlers may also encounter this error. If you have this error on your homepage, it prevents the Moz crawler (and some search engines) from crawling the rest of your site. | | I am just running some tests on the SSL cert installation now, but so far all appears to be fine. I've checked your .htaccess file and there is nothing that should be blocking them, and the logs show nothing unexpected or any SSL failures. SSL Labs test returns an A rating with no errors. One possibility (though, it's a long shot) is that we never increased the HSTS time beyond 3600, so it's possible that the crawler is failing because of this perceived insecurity. However, if there is some other issue going on, increasing the HSTS time would be a bad idea, so I suggest some further monitoring and testing. You may need to contact Moz about the issue and see if they can help. Is there any other evidence of SSL failing to load? Have you experienced any other issues, or is it only the Moz report that is indicating any problem? |

Why doesn't Moz read the right meta description?
We have a WordPress blog and Moz continues to read our site title as the meta description instead of the nicely crafted and SEO-friendly meta descriptions we are writing on each post in our Yoast plugin. Can someone help use understand why Moz is reading the site title rather than the post meta descriptions? (We did test deleting the site title all together but then this made Moz think that there is no meta description for any of the posts.)

Historical link report
In the old version of Moz, it was possible to export a historical link report for entire duration of the campaign. Now it only shows 3 months worth of data. Is it possible to export the data for more than 3 months and if so, how is that done?

What is the difference between the "Crawl Issues" report and the "Crawl Test" report?
I've downloaded the CSV of the Crawl Diagnositcs report (which downloads as the "Crawl Issues" report) and the CSV from the Crawl Test Report, and pulled out the pages for a specific subdomain. The Crawl Test report gave me about 150 pages, where the Crawl Issues report gave 500 pages. Why would there be that difference in results? I've checked for duplicate URLs and there are none within the Crawl Issues report.
