Your in-person ticket includes access to the full 3-day conference program as well as breakfast, lunch, and two snacks each of the three days. MozCon is unlike other conferences in that we don't accept pitches for our speakers. Instead, we have a seasoned speaker committee who hand select our lineup using a robust selection process. We have high standards, and our small selection committee typically sees all presenters give talks at other conferences before inviting them to MozCon. The only exception is our six Community Speaker spots which are designed to highlight up-and-coming, fresh speakers and the call for pitches for these spots will open in February 2023.

No, we do not allow walk-up ticket purchases. All tickets must be pre-purchased ahead of the event. The cutoff for ticket sales is July 31st, 2023. Please note that we cannot guarantee meal preferences or availability/sizing for swag for late registrations. If you miss the registration window, MozCon Livestream passes will be available for purchase through August 7th and speaker video bundles will be available for purchase to non-attendees approximately 30-days post-event.

For MozCon 2023, we have two Livestream pass options for those who are unable to join us in-person in Seattle, WA. The Livestream pass provides access to view a live, real-time broadcast directly from the MozCon Seattle stage without instant replay. Livestream access may not be shared and is tied to the unique email address of the registered pass holder.

MozCon sessions are recorded, edited and captioned by our team of professional A/V staff for viewing as part of your MozCon ticket. We ask that attendees do not record the sessions themselves.

We are fortunate to have our Moz staff of over 150 available as volunteers at MozCon and won't be requiring any additional assistance.

Yes, we can write you an invitation letter that you may use as you apply for a visa. Once you have completed your ticket purchase, please email mozcon@moz.com with your name, business address, and MozCon ticket order number to request a letter. Please also check with your local government office as sometimes there are wait periods in order to get visas and we are unable to write to or directly contact any consulate, embassy or Government on behalf of an attendee. The MozCon team is unable to provide any country or traveller specific advice or information.

It is located within a block and a half of the Convention Center where MozCon is held and offers MozCon attendees a nightly discounted rate for stays from August 5th through 10th, 2023 including complimentary wi-fi in your guest room.
