But there is only one way to reduce this. For that, you have to maintain good-quality backlinks for your website.

One way to do that is to remove spammy backlinks and the other way is to keep making good-quality backlinks so that percentage of bad backlinks becomes less.

The second method is tried and tested and good in the long run as you keep adding good quality backlinks. I reduced spam score of my own website https://bloggingidol.com and yes don't forget to check article recommended by Moz Staff @jocameron

I am using Moz to assess the quality of my site in terms of SEO. Recently, I discovered that my spam score is comparatively high, and following suggestions from others in the forum, I have disavowed the bad links using Google Search Console. However, I don't see any change in the spam score rating even after 2 months.

Please suggest what I should do now to reduce the spam score of my site.

It's helpful, and the most working method is removing the backlink from the unauthorized or spammy web. After removing some backlinks from there google automatically reduce the spam score.

Moz's Spam Score is the percentage of sites with similar features we've found to be penalized or banned by Google. To improve this score I would recommend reading our guide which explains the 27 factors used to make up this score.
