Having the same problem - just says "Getting serp analysis failed. Please retry your search or refresh this page" on all browsers I try it on. Hard reloaded too and still not working.

Accuracy of Moz Keyword Tool
I understand that no search tool is entirely accurate, but I'm seriously beginning to doubt the accuracy of the Moz keyword tool search volumes for keywords. For example: I entered "largest police departments" and it says 0-10 per month in the US, despite the fact that that term is directly responsible for 200 hits per day. Many alterations of that keyword come up with 0-10 or not determined. This is not a small error -- and it repeats over and over for other search terms that I have already ranked for in the US. It's gigantically inaccurate in a massive scale.

Moz Top Pages and Tool Bar Not Crawling Internal Pages and Links
Hello, We’re having two issues with our Moz tools and we’re not sure what’s causing them and whether they are related. The Moz Bar isn’t highlighting some of our internal links (including navigation links). The Top Pages Report in Open Site Explorer is only picking up the homepage and a couple error pages (none of the internal pages). The full Crawl Report is picking up everything though. Could a potential cause of both these issues be the Title attribute in some our links? – We use <a <="" span="">title="Example" href="link"></a> <a <="" span="">Or is this most likely from something else blocking the crawler from accessing our links/pages? Google Search Console does seem to be picking up the links in the navigation and everything is indexed/rendered correctly so we also didn’t know if this is something that could be issue. Is there a way to see keyword density by percentage?
My management wants us to track the percentage of keyword density. While I don't feel this is as important as it once was, they want it nevertheless. I don't see a way to get that information. I thought it would be in the On-Page Grade, but if it is there I'm missing any. Is this possible in Moz Pro? Thanks,

On-Page Grader not working?
I've been using the On-Page Grader tool for a while now, and have always had great success using it to better optimize my pages. But just recently I've noticed that it's not detecting any changes I make to any of my pages.

For example: One of my pages was coming up with Exact Keyword is Used in Page Title. So I changed it and uploaded it to the site and then clicked the re-grade page button. The only problem is that it's not seeing any of the changes that I made.1 -
Keyword Difficulty Report - Any way to have it send weekly?
I need the SERP data found in the Keyword Difficulty research tool each week for a search phrase. We are not tracking any specific URL - just really need the SERPS page 1 for the term weekly. Is there a way to have this report sent to use each week automatically? We have RSS feeds for the search but the end result is not visually appealing. If not this, does anyone know of any service that could provide this? Thanks

I am in the process of downloading a keyword ranking report for a specific campaign. I organize the keywords by visit and when i download in PDF format (which is the format I need) it organizes back to alphatical order. Please help!

Moz Analytics only working with Google Analytics?
Hi, My company uses Piwik for analytics. Do you know if there is a way to make the new Moz Analytics work with Piwik? Or if Piwik support will be provided at some point? Thanks! P.S. : I know it would be easier to switch to Google Analytics, but for many reasons we can't 😞
