DA PA issue

The DA and PA of my site have a huge difference.
I know DA is Domain Authority and PA is Page authority.
But is this normal to have 5 DA and 17 PA?
Is my site having some sort of issues or is it normal?

@seotoolshero024 It's normal, there is nothing to worry about, it means that some of your page has good ranking so it has good authority.
DA is basically an aggregate or average of the authorities of all the pages of your websites.

New, credible links are not effecting DA
The company I work for recently started distributing press releases via PRNewswire. Our first press release had over 100 pickups. We included several links to our site in the release. It was published on credible sites like AP News and Yahoo Finance (these sites have DAs of 94). None of the links or mentions show up on our discovered links and it's been over a month. Our DA has not increased at all and it's only 18. Am I missing something? I would think with over 100 new links, we should've gained some traction. I've checked all sites for "no follow" markings and haven't found any so I don't think that's the issue. Please help!

Moz DA is fluctuating each day
I purchased a domain few months back. At the time of registration, I didn't knew it was a domain that is previously used by someone. When I started adding content to my website, I realized its DA was already 9, after adding some content and sharing it on my social handles, I got a few links and my DA increased to 18, but since last week I am noticing a weird behavior in MozBar. Everyday I see a different DA, sometimes it gets better while sometimes its as low as 10. Can anyone check my site and see if there is something with my website or is it normal. Do I have to manually mark as 'fixed' or 'Ignore' manually on Metadata Issues when completed?
When I have amended the missing description Metadata issue on an individual page do I have to manually mark as 'fixed' or 'Ignore'? I have attended to several pages regards Missing Description Metadata Issues and not manually marked them as fixed. However they still appear in metadata missing description issues after a second on demand crawl? Will they continue to appear until I manually mark them as fixed?

Duplicate titles issue
Hi, For the second week in a row MOZ is finding duplicate titles crawling my website.

But as you see in the attached screenshot it doesn't seem it's a clear duplicate title thing, as it's mainly due to the different pages having the same title.

I want to know if you know any way to get DA & PA metrics with any software (not Netpeak Checker please, is very low) or any add-on for Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel (like Majestic has for Google Sheets).
