Site Crawl 1-page 301 status error but httpstatus.io says its 403

I am trying to run a site crawl for my website and MOZ is only resulting in 1 page crawled with the home page URL Status Code of 301.
However when I run it in httpstatus.io it is giving me a 403 status error.
Im curious as to why MOZ is saying its a 301 and httpstatus.io is saying 403. Is there anything I can do in MOZ first to get the site crawled before asking my developers to look into the 403 error?

Hi John - Thanks for posting
Moz is starting at HTTP, so if you check httpstatus.io from HTTP, you will see a 301 to a 403 response. You would want to have your developer check to see if they are blocking our user-agent "rogerbot" or any AWS IP's because it doesn't look like we can crawl past the root domain.

After exporting Top pages list in Moz Pro, I noticed lots of pages with high PA (page authority) are actually random images (.png & .jpg) and documents (.pdf). Question 1: Should I make a redirect 301 from an image/document to the actual webpage? If not, what should I do to keep the ranking, but point the URL to the correct place? In addition, lots of highly ranking URLs are actually outdated. They are coming from the old website. I switched to the new one more than a year ago. On-Page Grader URL inaccessible when copy/pasted but not when edited
Hi!, I've looked through multiple topics on this but none quite seem to fit what's going on - hopefully someone can help! I get the error message 'Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible.' when I copy and paste a url from my site into the search e.g. http://www.orbussoftware.com/enterprise-architecture/ However if I edit this to https the search completes fine. Since we redesigned our site approx 6 months ago, we've found most of our rankings have completely dropped off, and now I'm getting this error I'm wondering if it has something to do with how our site is structured? If I'm getting this error with Moz does that mean Google could be having issues too? Or is it all just a strange quirk? Thanks!

Why does the Moz Tool Bar show code as HTML text for my site?
When I run my site in the Moz Tool bar, all of the page elements are read correctly except for HTML text. Sample page: http://www.lifeionizers.com/blog/alkaline-water/electrolyzed-reduced-water Instead of the text on that page, the tool shows Javascript code: /* With a very high character count for text (14,247).

Duplicate page content
Hi guys the feedback form my campaign suggests I have to much duplicate page content. I’ve had a look at the CSV file but it doesn’t seem to be abundantly clear as to which pages on my site have the duplicate content. Can anyone tell which columns I need to refer to on the sheet, to ascertain this information. Also if the content is only slightly different, will Google still consider it to be duplicate? Big dip in errors last week?
Hi, I have a client who has seen a big dip in their errors, warnings and notices - pretty much consistently across all - then they popped right back up the next week. Is it possible it was a crawl error? What is the best approach to trouble shoot and find out why this happened? As far as they know, nothing major changed on their end. Thanks!
