Hi guys, Can anybody shed some light, I'm running a crawl on a client's website but it's failing on the homepage and not crawling any other pages. It appears to be throwing an 804: HTTPS (SSL) error and then terminating the crawl. Now, the page in question was serving up mixed content up until about 4 days ago, but has since been fixed. I read that we should wait at least 48 hours before initiating another crawl to avoid hitting a cached version - which I did, but it still appears to be having issues. Is there anything specific I can do to get around this issue? I'm on a trial account and this feature is one I'm keen to test, so there is a bit of a time constraint. Any help is greatly appreciated! I have a question regarding how a page's authority can be low but the domain authority be high. I'm using the SERP report in moz to compare competing pages. The page I'm working on is an ecommerce category page. Moz says it has very low page authority, has been indexed for a little over a year, it's domain authority is a moderate 50, and has no root domains linking to it. It is more relevant than the other pages (has more products for sale that fit the keyword searched for), has a decent amount of copy on the page, but ranks around #10 in the search results. The competing pages are also ecommerce category pages. The 9 ranking higher have domain authority varying from 30-75, and 1 or 2 root domain links to them. Their number of products that match the keyword searched are all over the board, some have many matches, some have only 6 or 8 results. Some have a moderate amount of text on the page, some have very little text on the page. Yet they have page authority in the 30s-40s. What goes into page authority that I'm missing which would make these other pages have so much more authority when they are just slightly better in the other metrics listed above? What am I missing here?

Hi all, this is my first post on Moz Q&A 🙂 Questions: Does the Moz Crawler take into account rel="canonical" for search results pages with sorting / filtering URL parameters? How much time does it take for an issue to disappear from the issues list after it's been corrected? Does it come op in the next weekly report? I'm asking because the crawler is reporting 50k+ pages crawled, when in reality, this number should be closer to 1000. All pages with query parameters have the correct canonical tag pointing to the root URL, so I'm wondering whether I need to noindex the other pages for the crawler to report correct data?: Original (canonical URL): DOMAIN.COM/charters/search/mx/BS?search_location=cabo-san-lucas Filter active URL: DOMAIN.COM/charters/search/mx/BS?search_location=cabo-san-lucas&booking_date=&booking_days=1&booking_persons=1&priceFilter%5B%5D=0%2C500&includedPriceFilter%5B%5D=drinks-soft Also, if noindex is the only solution, will it impact the ranking of the pages involved? Note: Google and Bing are semi-successful in reporting index page count, each reporting around 2.5k result pages when using the site:DOMAIN.com query. The rel canonical tag was missing for a short period of time about 4 weeks ago, but since fixing the issue these pages still haven't been deindexed. Appreciate any suggestions regarding Moz Crawler & Google / Bing index count!

When using the on-page grader the results show the below for a page with a specific keyword in the body only 5 times : We found this keyword used 1100 times. Any Idea why this would be showing such a high number? The keywords are in Thai language but there is a space before and after the keyword. Thanks.

It's been a few days now that I am having difficulties getting a Full Report on certain keywords in the "Keyword Difficulty" tool. It's been stuck on "pending..." for over 12 hours. I also noticed that some keywords are returning zero exact volume when I know 100% that it's returning 5K+ in GKP. Anyone else having the same issues?

When I go to search overview I can see my on page optimization grades, but when I try to use the on page grade optimizer for different keywords and url's I get the error. "The URL you entered does not appear to be returning a page successfully. Please make sure that you've entered the URL of valid, working page." However, I know it is a valid url and I get the error even if I use the same url and same keyword I can see the grade for from the search overview. Also, if I try to regrade the page nothing happens and where my previous grade and analysis was located I now have nothing. Any information about why this is happening? Thanks for the help.
