One or multiple backlinks from business profiles?

Hi,
When building diverse backlinks to a website it's often possible to place one, or several, links in the business profile on a directory or social platform such as https://www.broadjam.com/Scambler, https://coub.com/scamblermusic, https://issuu.com/scamblermusic or https://soundcloud.com/scambler.
Typically I would only add one backlink to these profiles (and that would be to the home page) but I often wonder if I should take the opportunity to add several links to internal pages and blog posts.
Am I missing an opportunity to add more backlinks and spread out the link juice, or could multiple backlinks within short profiles be considered spammy?
Any advice would be helpful.

@JCN-SBWD Links from profiles practically do not count, and profiles are very poorly indexed. You can leave multiple links or one - it will be equally spammy. If you plan to maintain these profiles - another thing, put different links on different pages

Is it better to have backlinks from domains with medium DA, UR, using same language and good relevancy, or backlinks from domains with high DA, UR but using another language and with less relevancy?
Dear all, while I understand that quality backlinks with high DA, UR, same-language and relevancy would be best, would backlinks with high DA, UR but less relevancy and using languages other than the one used in my website be something good? Many links from one source
Have recently noticed a big drop in rankings. up to 50% for some key pages. Trying to find out why. in webmastertools I have a total of 13000 links. I have noticed that 4000 come from one site to my home page. Keyword is not related and I have never heard of the site. Not sure if I should just ignore these links or use disallow. If I disallow won't a sudden reduction in my links look strange to google? I have read in this forum that negative SEO is very rare but I have no idea where these links have come from or what they are for.
