Can't add a 2nd campaign o_O

Hi there,
Here is the thing.. I have an e-commerce website selling in Canada and USA. I created 2 different directories to get my website translated in both English and French.
My first campaign is basically the English version of my website: https://www.nwseatcovers.com/en. I've configured the campaign with G.A, Social Media, targeted keywords etc...
Now I'd like to create a 2nd campaign targeting my French version: https://www.nwseatcovers.com/fr. The only problem here is that it won't let me go through the whole "Add a Campaign" process. I've been able to access the "BASICS" tab where you have to enter the company name, website link and campaign name. However it doesn't allow me to go to the next step. As soon as I press the "Next" button, here is the message I have:
"We have already started building this campaign. If you entered the wrong URL and would like to track a different site, please create a new campaign."
When I created my very first campaign, I didn't have to wait, the campaign was available almost immediately. Does this message mean that it requires couple of hours/days to create my 2nd campaign?

Can I access old data/keyword research if I cancel my Moz Pro account?
I'm currently on the free month trial period for Moz Pro and I will probably cancel the account before the free period ends, but if I want to renew my subscription later, what happens to all the previous data? Hi, I am new to MOZ. I want to ask about campaign. I saw on price comparison table, a package with $99/month can have only 5 campaign. When i sign up free trial and create a campaign, a domain need to set for each campaign. The situation is, i have more than 5 website to monitor. Do I need to subscribe another account? I am struggling to log in from different PC's
Using the same log in details, I struggle to log in from different PC's. Does not seem to be browser specific, works on chrome from my home PC but when I try on chrome from my work pc it won't let me log in?
