Moz Analytics - Barely working, zero quality control

Two major issues with Moz Analytics - we've reached out to the help team on this multiple times and I've seen no clear answers from their team. Anyone hear anything on this or find a solution?

Weekly Automatic Reporting: This has been sending between four and six "weekly" reports to my clients. This has impacted over 30 clients. Many of them contain blank or incomplete data. Sometimes, it'll take over 24 hours before a completed report gets sent after the first incomplete one.

Addition of Keywords: The "Add & Manage Keywords" feature has been down for at least 24 hours at this time. Any campaign that I attempt to add keywords to refreshes the page without adding keywords. It appears that the href is set to "" and whatever code that is required to execute the addition of the keywords into the database is not being fired.

I want to Moz refund my money. My trial just expired and i had forgotten to cancel
Hi, As the title states, I forgot to cancel our subscription before the trial expired and was charged USD 159.00. The product isn't a good fit for us at the moment. Will look at in the future again. Thanks J

MOZ not accepting our recent changes it still showing us old Crawl Diagnostics report
Hi, 507 Temporary Redirect We made changes for 302 redirects which are listed in crawl diagnostics report. Now "Compare" and "Wishlist" links are already removed from our source code. All required changes are made but still your report listed Compare and wishlist links. We made changes on Friday (14/8/2015) and waiting for new updated report. What day does Moz update the keyword rankings, my campaigns are all over a week since the last update?

Moz not allowing me to add social profiles?
I have 13 Facebook accounts I want to connect. I got 5 of them to connect, and Moz says that I have 10 of 15 accounts left. However, when I try to add another account it says that I have reached the maximum amount of accounts already?
