Sometimes the MOZ logs out of my account on its own, and I'm quite annoyed about this, how can it not log out of the website even though I've already saved it?

Site down: "high CPU usage is due to the large traffic generated from Moz
My client's site is down and the web host gives says that Moz is the reason why. "The fact that your site was limited is because the traffic generated by Moz. This is why I have suggested to block their IP addresses." Now we have unblocked the IP addresses and as you can see your site was limited again. On Oct 1st I set up a report to be sent to my client MONTLY... however it says the next report will be sent out Dec 1st. Same on other clients...is this monthly or every 2 months

Do Archived campaigns contribute to total keyword usage allowed in Moz plan?
We're debating whether to archive some campaigns or delete them entirely. One factor in consideration is if Archived campaigns count towards total keywords allowed in our Moz subscription. Thank you for your insights!

Reset my MOZ Account?
I recently redesigned my 2 websites. Both are large 80+ page sites with unique text on every page, no keyword stuffing and generally using all the proper SEO techniques ( I hired a professional w/ 10 years experience). My pages rank for the targeted terms, but MOZ reports say "Not in the Top 50". I had friends run "Clean Searches" from the west coast and we were ranking. Prior to the redesign, I used MOZ and the reports were very accurate. Should I reset my MOZ account or what?

Tracking keywords and SERP Analysis Reports
My question is regarding the "Track up to 50 keywords over time." and the "x of 100 full SERP Analysis Reports run this month" Is it possible to increase these fixed numbers? or do I have to use a secondary account? It would be nice to have history for more keywords then 50. and the same goes for the SERP analysis report.

Back to Pro in New Moz Analytics Accounts?
I have two accounts with Moz.com Account One (about a year old) has both the options to switch over between Moz Pro and Moz Analytics. Account Two (a trial so far) just has the option to use Moz Analytics. So new or trial accounts don't have access to Moz Pro?

All my Moz Campaigns disappeared
Hi there My account was suspended briefly, (over a weekend) as the credit card had expired. As soon as I knew, I logged in and updated the information, but now all my data/campaigns have disappeared! Gulp! Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance. Kind regards Clojo
